1.1 The LA MAV MALAYSIA X RHYMBA HILLS CHRISTMAS WEEK#3 GIVEAWAY Contest (“Contest”) will run from 1st December 2017 and will close at 12 noon on 6th December 2017 (extended to 13th December 2017). (“Contest Period”).
1.2 LA MAV MALAYSIA (“Organiser”) shall reserve the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period, at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
2. Eligibility:
2.1 This Campaign is open to all residents of Malaysia.
2.2 Employees or agents of the Organiser or any of its group companies or their families or households or anyone connected to this Campaign are not eligible to enter.
2.3 No purchase(s) are necessary to enter.
3. How to Participate:
3.1 There is one way to participate: Instagram
3.2 Each submission must consist of:
a. Follow both Instagram @lamavorganicmalaysia and @rhymbahillstea
b. Photo Caption #LaMavOrganicMalaysia #RhymbaHillsTea
4. On Instagram
4.1 Participants must post their photo submissions with their Instagram handle:

b) Like the IG post

5. Multiple submissions are allowed, but there are only a total of 1 prize. Participants are not eligible to win more than one prize.
6. Only submissions within the given dates are eligible for the contest.
7. Participants to ensure that his/her post is set to public view so entries can be seen by the Organiser.

8.1 By entering this Campaign, the Participant represents, acknowledges and warrants that the submitted photograph/comment is an original work and does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity; and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the entry.
8.2 Copyright of all photographs submitted to this competition remains with the Participants. However, by participating in this Campaign, Participants agree to grant the Organiser a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, license to use, reproduce, copy, publicly display, sublicense, modify and fully exploit any photograph submitted.
9. Liability and Responsibility:
9.1 By participating in this Campaign, each participant agrees to release and hold the Organiser and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Campaign or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the product, or travel to or from any gift-related activity, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
